Forest Resource Economics and Policy
Francisco X. Aguilar, Ph.D.
I am a Professor at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. I hold an adjunct appointment at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Previously, I was an Associate Professor at the University of Missouri (MU) School of Natural Resources in the USA.

The overarching aim of my research program is to actively contribute to the sustainable development of forest resources and forest-dependent communities. I strive to achieve this objective by generating information that will play a key role in the decision-making process involved in implementing public policies to promote economic development and improve forest management.
